Insert_Modify_Record Function Details:

Function Name:	Insert_Modify_Record
Function Description:
Function Documentation:	Modify existing record using 'curdir/recmysql' and BibUpload correct mode. The file must therefore already have been created prior to this execution of this function, for eg. using "Make_Modify_Record". This function gets the output of BibConvert and uploads it into the MySQL bibliographical database.
